Ingredients:

- 2 cups each coarsely chopped ripebrhoneydew melon
- 2 cups each coarsely chopped ripebrcantaloupe melon
- 2-1/2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 bottle white wine (champagne, Riesling, gewürztraminer)
- 2 cups smallbrdiced melon reserved for garnish

Note: You are making two soups; keep each separate!

Place coarsely chopped honeydew in blender with ½ of each ofbrthe remaining ingredients (orange juice, lime juice, and honey) and puree untilbrsmooth. Pour into large bowl. Stir in wine and reserved melon. Cover andbrrefrigerate until ready to serve.

Place coarsely chopped cantaloupe in blender with ½ of eachbrof the remaining ingredients (orange juice, lime juice, and honey) and pureebruntil smooth. Pour into large bowl. Stir in wine and reserved melon. Cover andbrrefrigerate until ready to serve.

To serve, pour both soups slowly into a soup bowl at thebrsame time, this will allow them to stay separate.
